My family and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and we received a bottle of wine. Very modern hotel. Variety of food places walkable distance from hotel. A few blocks from Fishermanā€™s Wharf.

Great hotel. Views from the rooftop are phenomenal. Valet and front desk staff were very helpful. Only two negatives: the traffic around the stadium even during the off season but that is true about a lot of the city and need more Illy coffee in the room, my favorite.

Stayed here for one night. Totally not worth it. Rooms were very basic. This hotel is too expensive compared to others and they canā€™t afford to have a microwave in the room. Roof top bar sucked. Not much in food menu and not a good vibe.

There is some constant noise from the A/C (maybe) that doesnā€™t disappear even when weā€™ve turned off the main unit.

Great service, location with clean rooms
Service is fantastic - from the valet to the front desk, every single interaction was flawlessly professional, friendly and helpful. Room is nothing special but clean and had an Illy coffee maker (which is fabulous), nice big towels and little extras like makeup remover towelette and lighted makeup mirror. Point off for the ā€œsleeping experienceā€: 1) the bed - mattress was too hard for my liking and I was a little uncomfortable both nights. 2) Sheets were scratchy and didnā€™t have that luxurious feel Iā€™ve come to expect in nicer hotels. The location is great for that part of the city and to the piers and ballpark. It was off season while we were there but Iā€™d definitely love to stay again for a Giants game.
