The location was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bartenders in the roof top bar. Not friendly at all.

Hotel Via was great. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Great bathroom set up for my disabled husband. Perfect place to stay if you are going to a Giants game. We would definitely stay here again.

Had another fantastic stay at Hotel Via. The staff was great, especially the graveyard shift manager Rey. She was excellent and so friendly! And you must check the rooftop. I'm glad i finally did. Keep it up

A/C didn’t work so they brought up a box fan, then offered to move rooms so we packed up our stuff and the box fan, which we needed cause the A/C was out in the new room too! Was there for 3 nights and the morning of checkout the A/C on the second room finally started working. So had the box fan running the whole time. For the nicest and most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I’m still disappointed.

This was a total 5 star experience! Hotel VIA staff was highly skilled and provided excellent customer service. Proximity to the stadium could not be better!! The Rooftop, restaurant and bar continued the wonderful service and this trip was a huge success largely due to this hotel stay. We will be back.
