All the staff were attentive and friendly. I was only staying in SF for a day and it was pouring on the first day so we decided to check out early in the morning to spend a few hours before the flight. Unexpected rain poured and it was impossible to explore the city, so we called the hotel if we could go back, and they accepted it. I was so grateful for the accommodation.

The room was large, spacious and well appointed. Staff was super friendly. Location was very convenient. I really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

Good hotel with a confortable room; a bit noisy.
Hotel itself is quite good; but if you get a room with a window on the back alley; be prepared for a lot of noise in the evening (valet, big cars and people partying) and early in the morning (utilities). The vent in the bathroom also will not turn off (by design).

Very quiet but a couple of issues.
We loved how quiet the area was & everyone was so nice. The beds very comfortable. The staff very nice. Here's the but, the only way to have lights on in the room is all lights on or off, room service is only breakfast, menus are not up to date, no tea only coffe in room, bathroom fan never shut off. We left our room at 10 am, housekeeping was cleaning the room bext to ours, we had our clean room & when we returned at 4 pm room was just getting service. The hotel needs to be a little bit cleaner.

We had a great stay at hotel via. The location is excellent. We had a safe and beautiful walk to chase center. We loved the rooftop bar. Not crowded and great view of giants stadium and city. The would recommend this hotel!
