I really enjoyed Zephyr. Check in was interesting due to the fact that the employee wasn’t so “inviting” or “nice” but those terms are debatable. I’m sure she was having a bad day. Other than that, cute cozy hotel. Got the premium room with a view and it was super nice.

It is a great family hotel with lots of games to keep the kids entertained. It is close to amenities and restaurants. Rooms were very comfortable as well and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I really appreciated the surprises of a nice convenient hotel so close to embarcadero, and the welcoming, inviting atmosphere. A true destination in the middle another (Embarcadero) destination!
