We had a good stay at The Intercontinental - good property and good location for visiting the city. The pool wasn't working which was a disappointment and the staff offered us free breakfast instead. $40 resort fee isn't great and the discount of $15 in the overpriced bar wasn't worth much :) The lines at the lobby were long and the bed wasn't super comfortable and the mattress needed replacement.

The concierge was incredibly kind and accommodating when I requested a cake and a card to surprise my husband for his birthday.
