Great stay and highly recommended!

The A/C worked great and kept temperature. The room was very clean and welcoming with a cute view of the nearby plaza breezeway to Japantown. This would be a great place to stay when they have festivals!

Love the Enso. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great being in Japantown with dining and shopping options. Nice to have parking in SF even if you have to pay for it. Would highly recommend!

No complimentary water and the vending machine on first floor was not working. Called and checked and I was told that there is one machine in lobby where I can get water bottles from. There were complementary coffee and snacks in hotel lobby but went twice in the morning but pots were empty and lot of other people were waiting as well. Stay was not cheap and would expect the hotel to do better with refreshments or at least have vending machines that work. Area was generally good and lot of restaurants at 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. I booked it as it was close to German Consulate so I could walk without having to carry phone.
