My San Fran stop

I’m planning to make the hotel my first choice for SanFrancisco visits. It’s ultra convenient, clean and has a great staff. It didn’t have shuttle service however it was so close to the airport. I’m happy with this hotel 👌

The staff were wonderful. The lobby was very nice, but the room was so shabby. The curtains were literally shredded, as in ripped into shreds in multiple places. They were threadbare. , the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor was filthy and smelly. I think they were trying to cover the smell from the drain with an industrial cleaner that was incredibly smelly - gave both my daughter and I a headache.

Everything about this property was 5 stars! Stay was great and very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean.
