Got there and was told they had 1 room left.it must have been the last room standing. Air conditioner didn't work but the manager came and fixed it. The tv didn't work. And i went to get the extra blanket from the closet and there was bugs. Will not stay here again

Good room in a great location for a great price

Great location and clean and spacious room. TV in one room did not work-was not sure if it was simply meant to be a monitor for a computer or mobile device. Bathroom small-but worked for one person

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE UNLESS YOU’LL BE OUTSIDE.

The desk staff was nice, easy check in and out. I was informed that the room I booked was no longer available and was given a similar room. The images and reviews online do not accurately depict my room and experience. We arrived later at night, around 10pm for sleep and to continue our travels. We were exhausted. To be honest, I did not want to remove my shoes or sit on any surface that wasn’t wood or plastic. On the surface, the room didn’t look too dirty, just rundown. The tub was stained, we did not use it. The sink bowl was cracked. The pillows on the bed were flat and the mattress was not very comfortable. We could hear the upstairs occupants walking on the floor, dropping things. Someone outside was playing music and the Caltrain was heard. We noticed door cracks. However, the icing on the cake was when we were awakened by constant car beeping at 3am in the parking lot, which then led to 2 people yelling and cursing outside their room on the property until closer to 4am. Unclear what came out of it, but we definitely did not feel safe in the room. Once we were able to finally get back to sleep, which took a while, we woke up around 10am. We slept in our clothes, then noticed stains on the flat sheet facing down on the underside of the comforter…that we slept on!!! We took images and video of the entire room/contents as past reviews indicate they were falsely accused of damage or theft. Needless to say, this was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Owner only cares about money

When i showed up at 2 pm to see if i could check in , the owner told me i could not check in until 3pm. The parking lot was empty except for 3 vehicles and posted check out time is 11am. I asked if i could check in early, he said it would cost me $20.i looked at him and " said this place is empty, why would i waste $20... ill come back" I returned at 3pm he checked me into a room that hadnt yet been cleaned. So i went and ran some errands , since i had my key now i figured Id come back.in a bit. I returned at 4pm and my room still wasnt ready for me. The pictures make the room look a lot more modern but when i finally was allowed into my room the dresser was some 20-40yr old wooden dresser. The bathroom tile is atleast 35 years old and the vanity sink had a crack in it. Very disappointed in the service and the overall property
