The property is directly on the beach. However, when we reserved a view room, we expected to not be seeing trash cans and a roof that needs repair directly below our room. Check in staff was not very friendly, however the check out staff was friendly. The hallways and rooms are good but the overall condition of the property needs serious maintenance. Also, very little signage to find the hotel.

The hotel itself was fine. The view was the best part of the whole thing. After my stay I was charged by the hotel for my stay even though I had pr purchased through hotels.com and even checked in under that reservation…. It’s almost a month later and it still has not been resolved. The customer service has been terrible to resolve the additional charge

The parking garage ceiling needs remodeling. The elevator door does not open properly. A frequent guest informed me that after ten seconds the door usually opens. There are no cameras on property other than the check-in area. The guest i saw looked at me like i was in the wrong place. Once I got to my room, the door was very loose. This property doesn't have cameras on the hotel floors. I reserved a partial ocean view. My actual view was a cocktail and dance establishment and another run down property. I could not believe Wyndham has their name on this property. It's nothing like the pictures on Expedia. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
