The rooms are amazing, they are spacious and trendy, And that shower is wow! The Cable cars are just a 2 min walk from the hotel and you can get to Pier 39 in about 5mins. My only issue was the insulation between inside the room and outside wasn't great. I could hear every conversation going on outside, and twice had loud drunk guys at around 2:30am for a couple of hours which wasn't ideal. Probably ear plugs would have fixed that!

Nice hotel, felt safe the whole time. Very helpful front desk, they were able to get us into our room early after a long flight from Australia. Good location for exploring Fisherman's Wharf, easily walkable.

Great place downtown San Fransisco. Easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, cable car, restaurants, cafes, etc. Rooms are decorated in fishing wharf decor which was original!

Hotel look and condition is excellent. However you can hear the people above your room walk around constantly. The rooms are not noise proof and that is why they provide ear plugs for you and no block out curtains which lets light in early. They provide eye masks for this. If you stay request a top floor room to stop the noise although you will still hear noise from the street as the building is only three stories. Can’t complain about the condition of the room. The unwanted 6am wake up call we didn’t request was not necessary either

A nice hotel overall. I liked that it smelled good (a lot of hotel rooms do not, or they smell of cleaner), that it was located in a good spot, and that it was tastefully decorated. I also appreciated how quickly the housekeeping made up the room in the morning after I left. I happened to come back later in the morning a couple of times and they were already done with the room. The one thing I did notice and why I gave 4 not 5 stars is that one night the people next door were talking in their room, not loudly, and it was very easy to hear the sound of their voices. So apparently the soundproofing could be better between the rooms. Otherwise, good hotel in an excellent location about two blocks or so from the waterfront.

We travelled from Hawaii and had a great stay at the property. We had a party of 5 and requested rooms next to or near each other and was accomodated. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were awesome and peaceful. Great stay.
