The staff provided outstanding service, always attentive and friendly, which made the stay very pleasant. The hotel’s location is ideal for sightseeing, as it’s conveniently situated within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and local landmarks, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

Spacious and clean rooms. When we stayed, the property was under renovations, so a bit of messiness and you could smell some of the paint or a chemical chemicals. Only one elevator workingBut I’m sure it will be even better when the renovations are done. Very walkable to fisherman’s wharf and Lombard Street, and Chinatown, so that was super nice.

The staff at the front desk seems to be in a rush most of the time but they are just there. Valet parking and the team helping with luggage needed to be chased a bit to get help. Not the warmest welcome.

Staff was friendly. I liked that they offered coffee and cookies in the morning. They had a nice lounge are with board games that anyone could use. We did utilize it a couple of nights and it was fun. The property was under construction for part of it. To go to our room we had to go in a big circle. For the most park it was ok. Try close to Fisherman’s Ward and Ghirardelli Square, also about 20 min walk to North Beach, Washington Square.

I liked the walkable feature of staying here. Lot of restaurants and shops to visit. I liked that they offer coffee and tea in the morning but I thought I saw fresh fruit displayed on the website and was disappointed. All was good...the bakery items offered and great coffee. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. I enjoyed my stay.
