Everything is amazing, the biggest con is the parking bc it is $80 per day so we found another parking garage that was a 10min walk. There also isn't a microwave in your room but theres a communal one downstairs. Other than that, we had an amazing stay here!

Stinky pillows. Very limited food offerings for morning coffee. Coffee in room and lounge was excellent though. But no lounge coffee service after early morning hours. Great location!!! Close to everything. Really needs a breakfast option nearby though. Room decor was super bare and industrial. Room desk chair really needs wheels, hard to drag across carpet.

Staff was very friendly and engaging. We arrived early and they stored our luggage so we could go to lunch and do some shopping. Brought our luggage up to our room upon our return. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location was great. Access to a lot of food and shopping options.

Everything was great, but the walls are very thin. We could hear walking, talking, TV, and the couple next door having “intimacy.” Excellent service and location!

The price of parking is astronomically high. We used Spot Hero and parked on N. Point St. for about $ 20 overnight. Do not use the hotel's parking.

The photos don’t match the rooms. They renovated a couple months back and they are just average basic looking rooms. So if you are going off aesthetic in the photos, it’s not correct. It’s not industrial-ish, no Edison bulbs, etc. location to the wharf and little Italy was great.

Great resort!

I have to say I was pleasantly pleased with my stay here. I almost wish I would have stayed in back in Jun instead of across the street at the regular Marriott. The Vacation Club had so much more to offer! Each floor had it's own ice machine and filtered water station with flavors! Very nice amenity to have. The rooms were nicely decorated. The AC unit I'm not sure was quite working correctly but I was able to cool it down. You get coffee & little pastries each morning for breakfast which is another nice feature. In the afternoon, they offered flavored water as well. There are activities throughout the day dependin on the day. And a few free tour options which was nice. Unfortunately for me, I had to work. I had a friend with me back in Jun and I would have opted for this if only I knew. They also hold your luggage for you after you check out which I did not have across the street. Great location to all the touristly attractions and the bus is steps away from the hotel as well. The halls just felt a little outdated or little older but it didn't affect me. I would totally stay here again!
