The photos online are different from the actual rooms. (1) The windows were very dirty, when I asked the cleaner to help clean it but I was told the dirt was on the outside not inside. (2) Pavements/ walk ways connecting buildings were dirty and full of stains which could be dog urine or similar. periodic washing would help. (3) Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days according to the cleaner when asked. (4) Room floor was dirty when I checked in, a bit of steam cleaning of the floors would remove stains (5) Bath fitting had mould all around it. {see your wall and bath fittings) (6) Bedroom furniture tired and cabinet were chipping off (7) No kettle or fridge in rooms and non in communal kitchen either (8) No water or tea/coffee either provided in rooms (9) Noise from corridors (10) No No sockets near the bed. The only socket available had a section of it broken which was very dangerous. (11) Lifts out of order on my first day, I was told to take my luggage up the stairs myself until I insisted someone had to help carry by large suit case up the stairs. (12) Stairs and lift could do with periodic steam clean or any cleaning. I am happy to share my room number if asked so everything I have pointed out can be verified. Room size big but bathroom very small and you could not use the toilet with ease in the room I stayed in. After complaining about my initial room, the "upgrade" was a room with 2 beds but similar problems described above. .

Booked for one night, under the assumption that I was still going to be physically capable of following through with my arrangements to fly up, drive Hertz out of PDX and move in to my new job and apartment in Beaverton, OR early today. I have a manageable, but serious chronic medical condition, and last night my joints just suddenlyflared up, like couldn't believe boom that fast. Then my face broke out in open painful rashes out of nowhere, never happened before it was scary and nasty AF disgusting. Cockroach’s in the room, chips on the floor, blood on the bathroom walls. 2 rooms down had a party lasting passed 3am and the front desk wouldn’t answer their phone. Do not waste your money here.

Did not appreciate how the staff at check in didn’t bother to check what rooms would be available and if I was ok with it beforehand. As many times as I have stayed here for business I’ve never been treated so poorly by today’s evening staff on 3/17/25. Today was the first time I booked a weeks worth of stay instead of a daily reservation. It’s unfortunate this will be my last time staying here
