Home away from home

This was my first time in San Francisco, didn't know much about the area, but being in the center of it all I'd explore one side of the city and come back to relax in my pod. People were respectful of privacy, had recommendations of places to eat/tour, and we're very welcoming. In the morning, several bathrooms/showers to choose from and always clean and ready to use. I even lost my watch, but graciously found it at the front desk. The fridge and lounge are is comfortable to stay and relax as one plans their day. I'd fill up my bottle on the filtered water every chance I got as I'm always hydrating. The bed is firm, but once you settle in it's nice to sleep in. Bring a cozy blanket. The laundry room does a charge, but I'm willing to pay as you don't have to leave the area and can just wait till it's all done. Had an amazing time during my vacation and would highly recommend and come back to stay.

An excellent property with an excellent manager on site. This place is spotlessly clean and very well taken care of. A chill hip minimalist feel with an international vibe. I had a great conversation about world travels with the manager on site. She is super cool. Loved everything about this. Place. The location, the design, the private beds. Beautiful. I loved Chapter. It’s in a great location, it’s easily accessible by public transit, and very clean. I dare say this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at (and for my job, I’m in a couple every week for the last decade) even tho it’s a hostel. I would stay there again and recommend to solo traveling friends

Great hostel with bathrooms and showers in the hallway outside the sleeping quarters. Earplugs provided and decent kitchen/lounge area. I prefer this one over Amsterdam hostel which has a strange smell.

All the properties so clean and bathrooms/ Shower rooms is enough for all the guests. Im traveling alone this is save so much my money. The hotel located in a good location. 2 things that i don’t like here is the lockers should have the key code and my roommate was fighting in the middle of the night i was understand this because it’s a hostel. But i have a such a good time in SF.

This was my first time staying in a hostel and I can only hope that all my future hostel experiences are like this one! The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were super clean. I also really liked how the bathrooms were individual and not stalls, so it did give a bit of privacy. It’s in a very walkable area but there is also public transportation very close by. Definitely recommend this hotel.
