I keep returning to Kasa, I actually have lost count how many times I’ve been here to stay. Clean, well organized for the independent traveler, rooms are contemporary, and when you have a question and you reach out, you have your answer in a minute or two. Perfect, which is why I’ll continue to return!

Self check-in. Remote front desk that did not deliver service effectively. I did not receive check-in instructions as I was told, needed to call customer service. Split unit in the room did not work well and the room remained cold. I wore a bunch of clothes in order to sleep comfortably. I asked for an extra blanket and did not hear back from remote front desk for over an hour, after I sent several text messages. No dedicated parking. No closet.

purchased my room in the early afternoon and headed over right after work, I got there around 8 PM because it took me two hours to get there. When I got there, I was trying to do the pre-check-in but the link wasn’t working and I kept getting an error code. I tried everything to make it work and it was not working. I contacted the health number and they told me that I would need a new code and they would send it to me shortly, and then finally when I heard nothing back an hour later, they told me that my name is associated with someone on their block list, which makes no sense because I’ve never stayed at this hotel before and they didn’t even have a picture of my ID yet. I still have not been given my full refund even though management approved it. I need this issue corrected.

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Redwood City with access to shopping, supermarkets, and amazing restaurants. The property is clean, has plenty of light, and has a friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hot water kettle and the queen bed were the best features.

We had a water heater malfunction and needed a clean place to shower and relax after a long day of home maintenance. The property is darlinw, beautifully appointed, thoughtful in just what you would need for a comfortable stay - the bed is so comfortable!!! Wish our stay was longer. This is simple living in a luxurious way. Zero complaints. We read there was no parking on property but knowing the area we were not deterred, parking was very simple overall. Many delicious choices for food, and all kinds of shopping nearby. (High end Mall shopping would be a drive, or you could take the train up to Hillsdale Mall or further into SF). As local residents, we would definitely recommend this Niche Hotel to our our of town guests. Or even just a staycay getaway. Public space to relax or eat a meal also lovely.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Kasa Niche Hotel and everything was very nice. The location is VIP and the bedroom and bathroom are clean and good.The price was very good and I recommend this hotel
