We only stayed one night but the staff were super friendly, room was clean, however a little noisy from street traffic. Restaurant was ok. Waiter very sweet and friendly. Super close to the cable car end station so we bought a day pass and took it to fishermans warf and back. (Long lines)

Terrible conditions surrounded the hotel. Good security, trying to keep the environment safe. The staff was very impersonal and listening to them speak down to everyone was tough to take. WATCH OUT for the resort fees. The Hostess at the restaurant really tried to discourage us from the 36-dollar breakfast buffet; asked 3x if we were sure we wanted to be seated since it wasn't included. Overall, it was a terrible experience for an Anniversary trip.

I came in expecting nothing short of amazing of our stay at a Hilton but instead came out surprised and sadly dissatisfied. They charge exorbitant prices for breakfast and dining, yet the food was wet, tasteless, or undercooked. We didn't require housekeeping but did call and asked for items that were not delivered. Even after a day of waiting, I had to seek it out for myself. One of the handles in the sink was severely leaking water, which we mentioned to the front who said maintenence will get right on it. We waited and still nothing. Eventually we just placed a face towel there to keep water from puddling around our counter items. But, of all that. Its location was convenient. Lots of dining options nearby within walking distance and the grounds were kept very clean.

This is a very nice property in the centre of the city ideal for shopping the BART and Cable Cars. The surrounding area can be noisy and unsafe at times, but as long as you’re sensible you’re fine.

The pool was not conveniently located inside the hotel. We had to cross a busy street, in our bathing suits, and find the pool in a different building. As a result, we only used it once. This was the biggest disappointment. I wish this had been marketed more clearly in your online advertising. There was also no microwave in our hotel room, much to our surprise. The bathroom amenities, such as conditioner, had not been refilled. The hot water in the bathroom sink was scalding hot (even with the cold water turned on). Otherwise, the breakfast was delicious and offered a sizeable buffet.

Whole stay was fantastic from the friendly staff to the surrounding area, transportation from the cable cars to the waymo driverless one was so much fun
