I give the low rating because of the terrible service at dinner. One of us recived the starter and main meal at the same time. The other's meal came 20 minutes later and again both hot main and cold starter arrived together. We complained tothe waiter and he saud thst theybwere understaffed. Our breakfast was buffet style and was on a par with others. The parking and receptionist were both pleasant and willing to help. Choosing the lift was a challenge, was it A or G? We laughed. The room was again on a par with others. Would we use this again, yes.

The hotel itself was good, but the mandatory $35 daily consumption fee is ridiculous. The hotel is already expensive as a 4-star property, so adding this extra charge feels excessive. Another issue was the valet parking cost — it's extremely overpriced. As I mentioned, the nightly rate is already high, and the parking fee just adds to that. On the website, it only mentions that parking is available at the hotel, but it doesn’t clearly state that it’s an additional mandatory cost. The same goes for the daily consumption fee — there was no clear information about it being required. These hidden charges were very disappointing.

Hotel was nice. Accommodating . We had a corner room which was kind of small and awkward getting in and out the door with a stroller. Bed wasn’t super comfortable, but it was a good deal online. From what we understand, the area is not as great as the others. We kept hearing how bad “Tenderloin” is and can get, not realizing how close we were. Also no pool so that wasn’t great but it was also cold out. Seems like there’s no indoor pools which someone should capitalize on.

I don't recommend this hotel because room were not clean, not complaining the cleaning ladies, for example sitting sofa looks like few hundred years and so dirty that I don't want to sitting on, showering place(maybe plumbing problem for a long time). However, one lady, who was standing at reservations desk whose name was Sarah C, was excellent performing her job with kindness, humble and patience.

Parc55 was such a wonderful experience. The staff was stellar, and the rooms were amazingly large and comfortable. There is always the sounds from other rooms, but that's to be expected at hotels. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. No complaints!
