I think its a rip off all the way around. Fees for wifi and resorts. Their resorts were a swimming pool that was outside in the winter. Wow

Their Buffet was food & service was outstanding. The Bell Captain's provided on time and excellent assistance to us. Even working alone on the date of our departure he was professional working all areas ( luggage pick, cab service & assisting the cab driver with loading. He also remained calm even with a line of Customers.

Great location, just a couple of blocks from Pier 39. Fabulous breakfast, but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Bar expensive, a medium glass of wine ends up being $19 with tax and tip. Quiet rooms if you choose one at the end of a corridor away from the elevators. Occasional wait at reception on check-in/check-out/general enquiries. I would stay there again.
