Location was great. Appealing exterior and interior. Comfortable bed, nice finishes. Though our room had ants on the AC and a couple in the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and plentiful: however the militant seating procedure was rude as guests could not join people at a table unless they arrived the buffet at the same time. Ridiculous.

This hotel is amazing. Walking distance to all the fun down on the pier, breakfast was great and plenty, staff wonderful! Room was a good size and beds very comfortable. Pool is heated and we enjoyed evening swims. (We are from a cold climate) We have a bigger SUV so had to park in garage across the street that had higher height restrictions. We took our Thule off and stored it in luggage storage. Will def come again!

Our room was a bit dated and the toilet didn't work. It happened in the evening and the maintenance guy came and said he had to replace the toilet. We had to take the garbage pail and fill it with water, then dump it in the toilet to flush it. It was also very noisy in our 2107 room with outside traffic and someone beside us with music cranked up. Not happy at all!

Breakfast was like an all inclusive resort style of breakfast - lots of food. Front desk staff were generally friendly but not a lot if smiling or anything. From a distance I could see more smiling and friendliness from the bell service people. There is no onsite restaurant despite something online I read that the hotel lounge has a food menu ie for dinner. This is no longer the case. Apparently what I saw online was not current information which put a wrench in our plans the first day we arrived. Otherwise the room, cleanliness, breakfast, and location of the hotel were GREAT.
