Excellent place to stay if you need something affordable in the area. The store across the street does run loud music untill around 10PM, but it quiets down after that. The cafe downstairs has great breakfast food at reasonable prices. Property was quite clean.

The reservation said the lobby wasn’t staffed after 5. I showed up at 4:10p and the place is locked up. I called the number on the door and the lady had me open the lockbox to get the key. There is no key in the lockbox. She offers me a room in another part of town. I decline. She says they are charging my card anyway because I declined the room on a totally different property. Meanwhile I’m out on the street alone surrounded by a very sketchy crowd of people so I quickly ended the call and left. Ugh.

Clean, Quiet, & Close to a lot in SF. I know everyone was worried about the area but regardless of whatever city you go there’s unhoused people.The staff were super nice and kind. No parking but I was using Ubers and public transport. In general it’s better to have your wits about you and whether in Europe, LA, Seattle, etc. Super clean but if you get cold at night use the heater ofr ask for more blankets.

There’s a family who lives there so it smells like cooked food plus there’s a kitchen and a restaurant next-door so it always smells like food but that didn’t bother me. They do have rooms without bathrooms so make sure to book a room with a personal bathroom otherwise there’s a community bathroom in the hallway. The donut shop and food next-door is delicious and slaps. It’s walking distance to the Bill Graham.

Great Staff, friendly and prompt. Check in was great - one of the toilets did not flush and not crazy about the shared bathroom with the low water flow. I understand the hotel building is pretty old but it was clean.

Terrific Hotel

While the hotel was not in a great location and it could get loud outside (Ironically, I chose this hotel because I needed to be at that location), the hotel itself was fantastic. Jay at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable. If I need to come back to this location, I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay for Travelling

It was a wonderful stay! I went with three girls in total, and we felt safe the entire time. We were greeted by a very nice receptionist that took care of us the entire trip, and the breakfast staff were incredibly friendly as well. The room and lobby was clean, and the dining area was incredibly cute. I reccomend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting, for the price it cannot be beat. It was super close to various stores like Walgreens and public transportation, perfect for travelling.
