The hotel was perfect for our stay. We were able to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The room was nice and clean. Ed's were comfortable. The breakfast on Saturday was tasty and filling. The check in and check out process was very easy

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The suites were clean, bed comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave were nice amenities. Our grandson enjoyed the pool and the pancake machine at breakfast. We enjoyed the nice walking path around the bay. Definitely would stay again.

This place was very nice. One of the top two stays over a 2-week period. The view of Oyster Bay was Wonderful. The outdoor pool was warm enough to actually swim in. Very clean. There is also a trail that runs around the bay, right next to the water. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting the Bay area.

This property would absolutely not allow us for early check in, not even 20 min early... we came into town for a bday celebration, and called at noon, checked at 2pm, and again at 3, and again at 340pm, even then, they wouldn't budge. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't work with you like that...finally, we got ready in hotel lobby and left with our suitcases and didn't check in until after, which was at 11pm. Also the bathroom was stained and tub dirty looking. It had a great view, but when check in is past 4pm, what's the point of staying when you can't enjoy? Tried to ask for supervisor/manager and were told, they were in a meeting, and would be out to speak to us in 20-30 min. Of course, management never came out to speak to us and we got tired of waiting and left.

Came here for a little getaway with my husband and everything was perfect! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole place just felt really relaxing. We couldn’t find the TV remote, but the hotel was so nice we didn’t even really need it. Would definitely come back!

Rooms were very clean. Not enough staff at all. Broken elevators. Had to rescue my son and other people from the other not broken elevator. No garbage in the bathroom, that was awkward. All staff was rude because they were all so harried and busy.
