The room we stayed lacked a deep clean… stained walls, dusty baseboards and the appliances in the room didn’t look clean especially the microwave. Upon entering the room it smelled musty and the windows in the room didn’t seem to shut fully.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the tv was huge, there was a full kitchen. The room was a bit dirty. I found stuff on the floor and hair in tub and on sink.

Pros and cons

Nice unit with 2 bathrooms. Great for teenagers. Safe area and close to airport. Cons smell of weed was really bad by our room. For a no smoking hotel we didn’t enjoy the smell.

Walked into a room and saw chip stains on the doors and walls. Sand in the tub. And Takis crumbs on the carpet…other trash too.

Other than the fact that they charge for parking, the hotel is very nice. Choose bay view, since otherwise you will have Caltrain running by your window every 10 minutes.
