Great value motel in a really nice part of town. The front desk staff are super friendly and although we were a bit worried it might be too noisy, this turned out to not be an issue at all - even at the front of the property. Parking was convenient, right in the heart of SF. Will definitely stay again.

Have stayed many times. The size of the rooms are large, great King sized beds, basic bathroom, yet very clean. Close to all the action of Northbeach, yet inside the room is very quiet.

Perfect Spot!
Great location squeezed between Chinatown and Little Italy, short walk to the waterfront or the BART. Free parking!! Nice clean rooms and super friendly staff! Just stayed there for the second time and will again next time in SF!

This is a clean, comfortable motel. It has a parking space. There's no outstanding aspects of the place, no spa, no pool, no food services..BUT, its in a great location. Reasonably affordable. All about location.

Too Was clean and staff was kind. Having parking in the city was great! The windows provided no barrier to the noice on Broadway and guest were crazy loud. There was generous hot water but the flush of the toilet, in our room and next door cause a loud and prolonged banging was was comical during the day but unwelcomed throughout the night.

An old school motor inn, a little gem in a great location. Very reasonable price, clean, pretty quiet even at the front (when windows closed), surrounded by good food options, very friendly, helpful staff - and free parking! We'll be back.
