There is no house keeping for the stay. The room was also a bit tired.
No hot water in the shower and water pressure was too light. Ironing board was broken. We made reservations for two nights. We brought up our concerns to the staff on the first night and the staff could not give us another room with two Queen beds. They did gave us the key to use another shower in another room in the other side of the floor. We have two minor children with us and we were not comfortable having to go across the floor to use the Shower. In the morning we addressed our concerns again to the front desk manager, and told her it just wasn’t working out and we would like to checkout if she could refund us payment for the second night. She claimed she could not do that, since we booked through Expedia. She said that she could only refund back 20 percent. She did not offer to put us in another room with two Queen beds and working shower. It felt like she was making excuses for not being able to give us back our money, even though we checked out in the morning and didn’t even stay the second night. The manager did it even offer to make things right.
We are very disappointed, we will not be back.
The hotel is in a covenient location. Chinatown was next door. Lots of stores to shop. We can walk to our destination. No need for a vehicle. What we did not like was that the shower was dirty and had mold on the walls and the shower curtain was rusted. When you entered the bathroom their is a litlle step that cause us to trip if you did not see or remember it. We also did not like that our room was very cold. It did not have central heat and air. We had a outdated heater that was attached to the wall. It did not help! Hotel was old and smelly. They need to renovate it. We stayed 1 night. I will not stay here again.

I am aware that you get what you pay for, but room smelled like vomit, there were someone’s hairs in the shower and in the towel, the shower itself is filthy and hotel isn’t connected to central heating. Built-in space heater is all you get, and room gets pretty cold in February. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily and it’s expected that guests ask for cleaning, but even after asking nobody showed up.
The hotel refused to issue a refund for the unused nights. Even with that in mind I couldn’t stay, and I went to another hotel.

There is no fridge and microwave in some of the rooms.
I would like tom compliment one of your staff members ; his name is Eduardo who is efficient,extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to help and get things done.
It’s an outbuilding so it’s expected to have a little Diaz here or there but Al have a clean bathroom. The bathroom was so nasty. I had to clean myself because I couldn’t shower in the bathroom already that everything was OK.
