I frequently stay at this property. Sadly, it is slipping toward three star status I had a four night stay and the thermostat in the room did not work. I requested four times that this be checked out and was assured that the engineer would take care of that. I had the thermostat off the entire trip and the room temperature range from 88Ā°F to 60Ā°F, the thermostat was clearly not working and the engineer clearly was not capable of fixing the problem. When you have long days 14-15 hours of work and want to return and get a good nights rest and relax these are the conditions that are needed. Probably my fault I shouldā€™ve switched rooms immediately. I hope the situation improves, but perhaps next time in Burlingame, it will be time to check out another hotel option quite sadly This is a high traffic hotel near the airport with airline cruise and a wide variety of international travelers. The property should be maintained accordingly.

The restaurant & bar area was quite large and easy to get a seat. The service team did a great job and provided outstanding service. Food was good and wine was nice and chilled. The bathroom was kind of small though but the rest of the room was fine.
