The property and staff were great. There was one issue with guests in the room next to us yelling and screaming from 3-5 am that was very disruptive. We did complain to staff and they came up and asked the guest to keep the noise down but after 15 minutes the noise continued

We had a great stay at Hotel Riu Plaza. The room was great, everything was super clean! And the complimentary breakfast was fantastic and the biggest hotel breakfast we have experienced. The only thing that we found was that the hallways were very cold as the hallway windows were often left open - but this was super minor and didn’t ruin our stay one bit!

The location was near everything we came to do in San Francisco. The included breakfast was fantastic with quality and choices. The study treated us as though we were honored guests. Quinn at the front desk gave us the best customer service we’ve ever received. He was kind, helpful, pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. We can’t wait to return to the Riu on our next visit to San Francisco.

The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided a great variety. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that could be improved was the toilet didn’t flush well and the water pressure in the taps was weak.

My Favorite Hotel in San Francisco
Wonderful hotel. Clean, organized, comfortable and safe. The reception goes to great lengths to ensure guest satisfaction. They truly care! Security on site ensures safety within the parking lots and inside hotel at all times. Rooms are large and spacious! The breakfast was an enormously beautiful buffet of everything you can imagine! Thankful for this hotel and the hospitality they provide.
