Excellent breakfast buffet with varied options and nicely presented. Bell hop service was great to store luggage for both checking/checkout so we could explore the city before and after.

Lack of pricing transparency
Great location for exploring San Francisco waterfront on foot. Lobby is large enough to wait for our large family to gather. Breakfast had good options. My problem was with the parking fee. The email said they were charging $50 for parking, but when I got the bill it was $52. Not a lot, but when you send a confirmation letter you need to honor that price. They would not. In addition, they charged a 14% tax for parking. Tax in SF is only 8.75% so I don't know where they pulled that from. For lack of pricing transparency, I wouldn't stay again

We had three rooms for our party of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) and were pleased with all of them. The staff was able to give us an adjoining room so that we could safely have the older kids in their “own” room. The beds were very comfortable, probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel. We were able to use the hotel’s parking garage for one of our vehicles but the height restrictions made it so that our other vehicle needed to be parked in the structure across the street. The maximum height for the hotel garage is only 6 feet tall so most SUVs won’t fit. But the garage across the street was fine and plenty tall, safe and close so no big deal there. It was actually less expensive than the hotel parking but you don’t get in/out privileges at that other lot. The breakfast was impressive, huge variety of foods with plenty of staff there to keep things flowing. There was a lot of international travelers at this hotel, which was a fun bonus. Very walkable location to fisherman’s warf, big bus tour, and local restaurants. Overall a great weekend trip to the bay! I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and courteous staff. Has a bar and small store with anything you might need. Breakfast is exceptional. Location is walking distance from main tourist attractions.

Good location for day trips from the Marina area. Reasonable selection of venues to dine, mostly chain or smaill independent. perhaps a little overpriced generally in the area, but expected being a tourist spot. great location for the hop on hop off bus.

I loved location of this hotel. Everything was so close and convenient. Breakfast was really good. Room service was consistent every day and they did really good job. I think hotel is little old, it needs to be renovated.
