The staff was amazing. Tried to accommodate our needs. Facility was not clean. $88 to park. No fridge or microwave as described in amenities. Staff tried very hard! Roof top pool was very nice. The pool was the best part of our stay.

this property is in a very unsafe part of SF. My daughter (26yrs) and I felt very unsafe being anywhere outside the hotel. The hotel is very run down, dirty and noisy. The was NO hotwater!! The gym smelled of chemicals with no ventilation and the roof top pool was disappointing with dirty towels scattered all around. We left after our first night and found somewhere else to stay. We've never been a hotel so unpleasant!

The Soma house was a pleasant surprise for me. I enjoyed the view and locations surrounding the area. That being said it is close to the tenderloin and that comes with challenges for safely walking into more interesting areas of the city.

Great value for money. Staff especially sam were all fantastic. Cute rooms. The hotel is consistently updating to make it jicer. The roof top pool is lovely. Area isnt too bad, felt safe.
