Lo bueno: Lugar viejo pero en buenas condiciones, cama cómoda y en general buena limpieza. Lo malo: es muy ruidoso y todo se escucha, en la reserva mencionan que el estacionamiento es gratuito pero en cuanto llegamos nos cobraron 25 usd la noche por dejarnos estacionar y la ultima noche otro huésped estacionó mal su auto por lo no pudimos estacionar el nuestro, la solución que nos dieron fue que les dejáramos nuestras llaves del auto y que lo estacionáramos en el “pasillo”, grave error porque le dieron un golpe y no nos avisaron, una lástima que los empleados dañen así la imagen del hotel, no regresaría jamás a hospedarme de nuevo.

This property had no elevator and I was in crutches, but staff was very helpful in helping me with my luggage and bringing to my room. Only complaint, ice machine on 2nd floor, and when asked for late check out, only 30 min more. Other than that, great area and really nice and helpful workers.

Location was pretty good for exploring the wharf area and Golden Gate Bridge area. One of the reasons we picked this hotel is because of the continental breakfast. However, the breakfast had very limited options. My son can't eat dairy, and the ONLY non-dairy option was oatmeal packets, which he doesn't like. (they also had two types of cereal, but no non-dairy milk, waffles, coffee, orange and apple juice, apples, yogurt - no non-dairy options). Even toast or bagels (which I feel like is pretty standard) would've been great. So I ended up having to find breakfast for us anyway. Our first day there we came back around 9pm and our key cards for our room weren't working. When we went to get help, the front desk person wasn't at the office (there was a sign on the locked door saying "back in 10 minutes). We waited for over 20 minutes on the sidewalk in the cold, my son incredibly tired. The person did finally come back and we were able to get into our room, but not the best experience. The refrigerator froze our food. There was no cold water in the sink, only scalding hot water. We had to wash our hands in the tub. We let them know these things - hopefully they get them fixed before the next people use that room! I guess you get what you pay for.

It was too noisy and I reserved this hotel because it offered parking and when I arrived they said that it was limited, that I had to get my own parking.

Walls are thin, we can hear other guests talking. Otherwise everything else is great. Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff and perfect location near all the restaurants and shops on the Pier (about 20-30 min walk).

Would repeat!

I will repeat. Very good location / neighborhood. I very much enjoyed the waterfront just a few short walks away from the hotel. To my surprise, housekeeping was performed each day of my stay. The reception staff is welcoming and wonderful. Should I find my way back in SF, I would not mind at all staying at this facility if the price is right like it was this time around.
