Simple. Old school style hotel. Front desk clerk helped with card key when entering our room. A little tricky and weird but it worked. Overall stay was good for a one night i wouldnt stay longer. Walking disrance to some cool mom and pop shops

I have to go down to the lobby every time I need to get in my room as the key they give says its working but it doesn't. Staff do come up (I'm in the third floor) and they see that all cards aren't working.

after sunrise they are impolite
there was no early check in even though multiple rooms were available that fit my request, the day time clerk was rude and didn't want to assist me with getting checked it, i sat in the cold from 6 am until 11:30 before he even considered helping me, had an attitude for every question i needed answered and the bathroom had a whole in the room , my door was not secure and would not close or lock properly.

Smaller room, not as good as the bigger ones that also have a microwave and a mini-fridge. Get the bigger room if you can :) Other than those nice to have convenience items, this smaller room is clean and comfortable.

Good location, reasonable price. The room looked much better than the outside of the building would suggest. One block over is Chestnut St, where there are tons of coffee shops, boutiques stores, hair salons, even a small grocer. Cool area.

The room they gave us should not be use. Two outlets in all of the room and bathroom, bed was a board with hard thing resembling a mattress, heater broke. Just awful.

The gentleman at check-in was rude. Tried telling me they couldn't take my debit card even though it was the one that I used to reserve the room and they had already taken the payment for the first night out of it. The room had horrible lighting. Was very dark unless you had both lights in the room and the light in the bathroom on at the same time. The ceiling in the bathroom next to the sink was peeling. The sheets and blankets had burn holes in them and the one visible outlet wasn't working so we had to pull the mattress down a little bit to use the one available to charge our phones. The wifi was spotty and was constantly cutting off and coverage for our phones all together was horrible.
