Great convenient clean hotel with character.
The hotel was very clean and updated. Really cool old hotel with character but also modern and very clean. Front desk staff and super nice and we appreciated the coffee and tea in the morning.

You gotta step outside to change your mind in that room, it's so small. Not much room for luggage and walking. The old window A/C in my room as too loud to run though, so annoying and obnoxious. Had have the window open instead. The parking is more than they say it is too. Front desk was very helpful checking us in and parking up front while unloading. They need better creamer for their coffee, not just plain, they need french vanilla or something to make it taste better. Overall I'd come back if they keep the prices low.

Great stay!
Very clean, comfortable, staff, extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating. Lobby very cozy. My only criticism is that the room doors are very heavy, this was a bit challenging, traveling with elderly parents with walkers. Overall would definitely stay again, enjoyed the accommodation very much, location was fantastic.

Fantastic stay. Edward, the night agent provides top notch customer service. Perfect location with a Walgreens across the street. Small but very well appointed room and we had a lovely dressing area that was a fun surprise. Very charming and clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel! The location was convenient to see most attractions. Clean and made you feel welcome and safe from some of the "Nasties" of San Francisco. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the little amenities were a welcome touch too.
