It was a little in need of some repair (bathroom) but had a wonderful stay as it was comfortable. Nice outdoor poor and little areas around motel to sit around.

Easy check in and close to the airport is ALL the positives I can give this hotel. Police in the parking lot with the homeless people fighting when we got there. One room wouldn't open, had to have maintenance help. We should have left when we opened our room and there was a fresh beverage from the gas station in there. I assumed maybe housekeeping left it behind and gave it to maintenance since the rest of the room was clean-ish. There were holes in the walls. The AC unit barely worked. The knob came off in my hand. My husband does HVAC and was going to try and clean it (when the cover fell off while i was trying to put the knob back on) but he said there was no fixing it. Cover didn't fit because at some point, it had MELTED. Tried to sleep with the windows open, but we didn't feel safe and the freeway is literally RIGHT there. Water pressure was terrible, pillows were a joke, and forget the IHOP on site. It had a sign that said it was closed, so we took a Lyft to the mall to eat. We should have asked for a new room but we were traveling with another couple they put next door. Never again! I have photos, but it won't let me upload them!

When you watch the movies from the 80s/90s where there's an outline of a body on the floor in a motel room, this is what my wife and I felt we were in. Very very dated, didn't use the shower as it wasn't clean, tried the AC but this was louder than the highway which was right outside our door. Parking was ok at $5 a night. Would we stay again, no chance. Staff where excellent when I was checking in and dealing with a very angry customer, not me by the way, a very loud American chap.

Out of all the hotels I’ve booked through Expedia this is the worst my room had mold in the bathroom (710) had to get another room 651 the blow dryer & bathroom door was broken the maid only cleans every 3days so my room wasn’t serviced do yourself a favor pay the extra money for a better hotel

The room we got looked NOTHING like the photos on the website. First room the A/C was broken. They moved us to an identically poorly kept room across the way. None of the phones worked, carpet was filthy. We thankfully brought sandals to wear around the room and in the shower. There was hair in the sink and tub. Fridge was rusty, the fridge in our first room had no shelves. Overall quite a disappointing stay, would not stay again or recommend. The only pro was they had hot water.

Pros: Convenient location and shuttle. Cons: very old, rundown, unmaintained property - the door to my room was very loose in the frame and the key didn’t work so I had to switch rooms. The floor in the bathroom was stained and curling/rolling up. There was also no soap but the front desk brought some fairly quickly. Checking out took a long time in a lineup of people and only one front desk clerk.

Poor Representatives of the Travel Lodge, SF Airpo
VERY poor front desk treatment from 3 different front desk service. Not wanting to help solve my ant invasion problem; only to offer me to go elsewhere. I'm a disabled senior citizen and was treated very poorly. you MUST RETRAIN THOSE THAT INTERACT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS... They should be replaced and I am a retired Aerospace Engineer that has traveled the world.

It's close to the airport which is good and bad. Good because they can shuttle you to the airport but bad cause you can hear airplanes through the night.
