The place looks terrible. Bathtub was blocked and i order for a suite but they gave me a normal room instead. With no heater too damn cold at the motel
This hotel was terrible. Old, beat up and room smelled like smoke. But much worse was the customer service.
I stayed here solely to catch the shuttle the next morning at 7:25 am. I showed up at 7:21 am for the pick up and it had left early. I had to call an Uber. The front desk person acknowledged the early departure, but did not apologize.
I got the manager's phone number and left a message for him to call me and he never did. I thought they should have refunded my Uber bill.
Horrible customer Service.
Bad customer service, check in no bath towel need to ask my husband to go to the office to tell them. Phone service no answer. Our toilet is moving and bed creeks. Shower floor broken. Never coming back again.

I waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle.... and then had to take a taxi for $26.00.
Were not informed in the ad that customers would have to pay for parking. A request was made to change room due to the smell in the room was not good at all, which brought on breathing issues. It was so bad I had to use my inhaler.
Bottom two inches on trim on bathroom door was rotted away. Ran the hot water in the sink for 15 minutes, never did get hot.Carpet needs to be restretched or replaced. Lumps in it everywhere. As our room was at least a quarter of a mile from the office, asked a worker in a glorified golf cart, if they would take our luggage to the office for us. Received a resounding "NO".
Overall the place is disgusting. The carpet was wet. Lots of humidity. It smelled really bad. The floor in the bathroom was chipped. The tub was dirty, it had hairs and stains. You had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Overall, a very bad experience. I would definitely never recommend staying at this hotel.
The property is older and shows the wear and tear. But the bed was comfortable, check in was easy, we were able to park somewhat close to our room.
It fit our needs as a location close to UCSF and easy to get to.
My room looked like it had been broken into upon my arrival and it smelt so bad of smoke. I did not feel safe staying at the property and the front desk was very helpful in accommodating my request to cancel the reservation.
It was horrible. I only booked because it said by Wyndham. Travelodges are not the best but since it was by Wyndham I took a leap. Yikes, worst property I have every stayed in. Disgusting actually, dirty walls, peeling paint, broken everything. Never Ever Again!!
