Did not like the fact that it don't have tile on the floor. Bathroom was to small. Hand towels were torn plus no ramp to the hotel lobby 😕

Second time we stay here, we love it. Great location. The property is excellent and the food get have available on site is great. Amenities are clean, modern. Amazing. They are super attentive and helpful. Our go to place for Guadalajara. Cheers!

Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund

Muy buenas tardes Me pareció excelente el espacio Tuvimos una noche que no pudimos dormir bien por escándalo de una familia con niños que hasta deshoras estuvieron jugando gritando El sofá de la sala cojines huelen muy feo como que alguien duerme ahi No pudomos activar Internet También por ventanas de sala por debajo se metieron algunos animales como una avispa la sacamos a terraza y se volvía a meter aun la puerta de vidrio cerrada

Very good hotel centrally located and close to everything. Great staff. Excellent value. I plan to return and can recommend this hotel to others. 24 hour Oxxo one block away and 7-11 only two blocks away.

Great location, beautiful property, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars and nightclubs. Only issue was that the water pressure was low, and the water was brown and had a smell. Staff said filters were changed so pipes needed to run to restore pressure

We stayed for 13 nights due to a family situation in Guadalajara. The room was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. The TV was the largest I've seen in a hotel room. We did not deal much with the staff, but the room was cleaned when we asked and the front desk handled a few situations that arose very professionally. Definitely 5 stars. We will stay again on our next trip.
