Resort was amazing. Lazy River and pool setup super fun and the kids loved it. Food options excellent. Very impressed by rooms as well. Room service a bit annoying as they would come 3-4x per day and even knock at 9pm to offer room service when we were trying to get our kids down. Rather than respond “please put your “do not disturb” then”, I recommend dialing back to 1-2x daily only during the day. Also, room service nice but repeatedly forgot items, though prompt to fix and come back up. Overall, great experience and will for sure come back.

The grounds and the staff are wonderful. The room was also very nice. If you can get a chair at the infinity pool at this time of year (Feb) whales are everywhere. The food it also very good we had the all- inclusive package and we were not disappointed. Keep in mind this is a family resort so expect children of all ages. Thier is an adults only pool however it gets the least amount of sunshine and you cannot see the ocean from the chairs. I would highly recommend this resort

The property was very nice with a lazy river and a zero edge pool. But it was hard to get a cup of coffee to go because you had to go up to the buffet station and have a staff member get it and then sign for it to go. There was no available coffee stations to go to in the morning. You could get a cup of coffee with breakfast but if you wanted coffee later you would need to go search it out. Very frustrating if you’re a coffee drinker in the morning. I was paying for all inclusive and had to sign for everything which was a real pain. Had a really hard time getting a lounge chair in the morning. By 7:30-8:00am every chair was taken. This is also a problem in these resorts. People saving seats at 6:00am in the morning without anyone in them.

Great family vacation spot. Nice new hotel with awesome heated pools, great family suites with lots of amenities. We purchased the all inclusive option but were surprised at a couple of’ service fees’ and additional food charges at the end of our stay. Make sure you are clear on what is included and what isn’t with the ‘All Inclusive’ package. Also, make sure you book your dinner reservations with the two restaurants on their website BEFORE your stay. By the time we checked in- it was already too late and they were already booked throughout the entire week for dinners. Also, not sure what it was but my two daughters got food poising one night from something they ordered through room service. We ate at the buffet/ restaurant by the pool the entire week and never had a problem except that one time with room service. Other than that, the hotel was clean- pools were awesome and my kids had a great time.

Great hotel with good service and food

We spent four days at the resort. We did all inclusive, which was great. Room service took a while one day and we ended up having to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Dinner was relatively easy to get in any restaurant we want, but that could’ve been due to the fact it wasn’t that busy. The service by the pool is perfect. My daughter enjoyed going to the kids program throughout the day for certain activities. Like many places along the shore there you cannot swim in the ocean. Overall an outstanding resort with beautiful accommodations and scenery. Highlights: friendly staff, never felt too crowded, delicious food (especially latitude and la taberna), family friendly, and lazy river, pools and hot tubs were great. Cons: sewage smell in the hallways/elevator, proximity to major highway (noise), cannot swim in the ocean by the resort, one experience of a waiter forging extra tip (which was swiftly corrected), having to put in effort to get enough bottled water.

I had confirmed 2 rooms with King beds for my party. First, they wouldn't honor the request for two rooms with King beds for either room. Second, they assigned the rooms in different buildings, one on the first floor and one on the eight floor. Even though they knew we wished the rooms to be close to one another. Third, each room was supposed to get one free spa treatment. They wanted to be paid for that service, even though we had it in writing. They did finally provide the spa service free, reluctantly. Third, there was $175.00 dollars, per room, that was to be able to be spent on services. But the conditions put on the use of that money made it about impossible to be used. Fourth, for the early risers, those who awaken before 7am there is no where to go to even coffee. Fifth, we paid for all inclusive service, for our stay. But it doesn't feel all inclusive when you must physically sign for every drink or item of food that you receive. Sixth, the timing of eating establishments meant that there were times everything was closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning resort in Los Cabos, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable-so friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that never disappointed. If you're considering this resort, definitely opt for the all-inclusive package-it's well worth it for the convenience and the variety of high-quality meals. The cocktails were another highlight; each drink was crafted beautifully with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. We visited the property for 4 days, the restaurant and food options inside the resort were amazing. The staff were wonderful and helpful and accommodating. We had our 9yr old daughter and she had a blast. The lazy river was so much fun and the infinity pool had an amazing view of the ocean where we were able to see whale spouts at a distance. We will definitely be coming back to this resort.
