Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the rooms were good as well. Be mindful there is not much to do around there but go to another city and sit by the pool. We went to Jaco Beach for 2 days.

Nice hotel, great pool, good breakfast and very helpful staff. If you have an adjoining room, the walls are very thin and you will feel like they are in the room with you. But the flip side was that my room was huge and had a really nice little balcony. Good location and easy to get to the airport on the shuttle. Little mall next to the hotel which has a supermarket, some restaurants, a good pizza place and I even got a pedicure at the beauty salon. Would stay here again.

The property is conveniently located close to the airport, restaurants and if needed there is a souvenir shop nearby for last minute shopping. However, the room assigned had water leaks from air conditioning unit which the staff addressed by assigning a new room when I brought it to their attention. Also, since we had an early flight we asked and confirmed with two different staff individuals if they could provide a breakfast bag/box to go and they said that they were going to put a note in and that it should be ready for pick during check out. To my surprise when we checked out in the early morning there was no take out breakfast prepare and the staff at the front counter said that he was not aware of any request and that no such note or request for a to go breakfast had been written. Needless to say this illustrates the irresponsible nature and lack of service provided by these staff members.

The staff & property were FANTASTIC! The breakfast was AWESOME! My only recommendation would be that anyone with mobility issues request a ground level room - no elevators & lugging anything more than a back pack up several flights is☹️.

For the price, it was nice. But you get what you pay for. As others have stated, it needs a major renovation. From the minimal interaction I had with the staff, they were nice. The shuttle does not run after 1:45PM, apparently, despite the schedule that Expedia sent me stating up to 10:45PM.
