The advertised hot tub was not hot, when I talked to front desk, they didn’t know how to fix it. They suggested to come back in the morning and talk to the manager about partial refund. In the morning, the manager wasn’t there at a said time, I checked out and left my phone number. No one called me back. Terrible customer service.

I had an overall great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and check-in was smooth and easy. The breakfast was excellent — honestly, one of the best complimentary continental breakfasts I’ve had in a while! There was a great variety of food options, everything was fresh and well kept, and the dining area was tidy and inviting. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything felt clean and organized. The only issue I experienced was that I noticed a few ants in the bathroom, including a couple near the bathtub, even though the room had been cleaned. It wasn’t a major problem, but something the staff might want to check on. Overall, I’d still recommend this hotel for its comfort, great service, and especially the breakfast — I’d definitely consider staying again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and convenient to the airport. The rooms need updates as the furniture is outdated. Having airport shuttle service was a big advantage.

Our stay was fine. Breakfast was good & has variety of food. Eventhough there were doing water maintenance, by the late afternoon , water resume. The remote control was a little bit worn down or just need battery. The room was big & roomy. I liked the bed. It did not give me backache the next day.
