This was our second time staying at this property and it’s a solid choice for a no frills but affordable property with a decent free breakfast. We had two prominent issues this visit: when we checked in and went to our room it was already occupied and had someone else’s bags laid out inside.d they took care of us and provided us an upgraded suite since other two bed rooms were sold out. The other issue is that we wish we’d known ahead of time that the hot tub was not working because that was an amenity we were looking forward to. The staff is great and kind and the room was clean and comfortable.

Bright, airy hotel with nice rooms and good amenities. Very close to airport. Had a nice dinner at the casino nearby. Liked the restricted access even to parking lot at night. Would stay there again.

Very kind and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast and clean. Area isn't great but it is gated. Enjoyed our week stay- staff helped with things we needed very promptly and very nicely. Rooms were nice. Would highly recommend. Could use bigger towels at the pool. Some trash on ground in parking lot. Great deal. thank you.

Our stay at Country inn San Jose Airport was good. The room and property was clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was great. The airport shuttle was wonderful. We had to get up at 4AM for our flight so we tried to go to bed early but children were screaming in the pool until 10 pm so we could not sleep until that had stopped. It finally did.

Area was really run down around the property (over grown weeds, trash, etc.) - public transporation was only a few blocks away but didn't feel safe walking in the neighborhood. Not much nearby (walking distance) - ended up getting a rental car halfway through.

We had a 2nd floor room and quickly realized that you could hear conversations in closed door rooms easily in the halls, you could hear normal footsteps from the room above, strange tapping noises in the bathroom and the tiles in our bathroom wobbled... seriously concerned we'd break through to the 1st floor. The staff was super friendly... but things like pool towels were never stocked. Our prefilled shower soap dispenser was empty by day 2. I just think the building may be older and only cosmetically updated to the bare minimum. We liked the breakfast, outdoor pool and the 1st floor community areas were nice... but there are similar hotels at similar price points in this area... that were more comfortable to stay at. (We visit often to see family.)
