We loved everything about this hotel and we are so happy we chose to stay here. The hotel was very clean; we would come in and our room would smell and look amazing. The food options at the restaurant were excellent (we tried all the local dishes and local juices/milkshakes). We felt that the location was perfect- we liked the fact that the airport shuttle was easily accessible; we felt safe walking around the area; and the best part was having a Walmart so close (walking distance) for snacks and drinks and other items for our kids. Overall, the entire staff accommodated all of our needs and they were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family/friends who plan on making a trip to San Jose.

Nice Stay and Great Room!
It was just a short overnight stay before we headed home, but the room was very comfortable, stylish and the bathroom was GREAT! So easy to work around in an beautiful lighting. Only two things come to mind that could be improved upon. A picture or two on the walls would be nice in the bedroom/living area and something on the shower tile to help with how slick it was. My husband and I are in our 70's. Thankfully, we always step in quite gingerly to check out each shower on our trips and then throw down the bathmat as our protection if we need it, but it would be nice to have either two bath mats or some kind of grip tape on the tile.
