I liked the location of the hotel because it was close to the casinos. The hotel was clean, a little old but still very clean. The safe was nice. I was happy with our stay.

Hotel is located in a business park area, and was clean, modern, and very quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The staff was very helpful, and there is a little shop where you can get snacks and drinks. Parking is free and plentiful. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet paper. It was the thinnest I've ever seen, including in third-world countries! I would definitely stay here again, but I would bring my own TP!

Proximity to the airport is excellent and you can't really hear the noise from the planes. That said, it is not possible to walk to the airport or vice versa despite it being so close. The roads are not designed for pedestrians. The hotel offers a shuttle, which only takes a few minutes to the terminals. Parking is super good at this hotel. Access to the Freeway and getting around San Jose is excellent. Although helpful, the staff need training in hospitality. Not the friendliest workers. The rooms are nice and fully appointed. Great A/C for hot days. Good bathrooms. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again when I visit San Jose.
