The first room I was in had no blinds for the window and also bugs on the wall and shower. I asked to change room and staff was really nice about that. Overall, good customer service but room needs to be clean and redone

The lady at check in was very nice and accommodating when I had to exchange my room because of the couch. Or room was a little outdated and small however we were only there for one night, flying out of SJC the next morning. The bathroom tub/shower faucet was tricky to use.

3 Day stay, the rates were good and friendly staff. The building is a little old but upkeep is ok. The only issue I had was the upper floor made banging noises for 5 hours straight every night until almost 1 AM was exhausting
