Quick visit

Didnt spend long here as it was a stop off between our longhaul flight & Tortugero. Really helpful, friendly staff. As it was an early start they gave us a breakfast box to take away. Tea and coffee was available free of charge. We didnt use the facilities unfortunately (we were too tired), but the airport pick up & drop off was spot on. The room was clean & tidy & huge. We had everything we needed.

The property is very clean. The bathrooms are worn looking which I have found seems to be a common problem in Costa Rica maybe because of the humidity. The doors dont close well due to swelling. Overall non descript boring but clean hotel which we chose because it is right next door to the rental car lot. The beds are rock hard though.

The staff were really exceptional. Power went out for around an hour and they went out of their way to do whatever they could to make people comfortable. Dining options are very limited and restaurant is in the open in the middle of the lobby. They could also use more TV channels in English (there is only 1) especially with all the English speaking people there.
