The Hampton Inn is perfect, very convenient to the airport, free shuttle 24/7, free breakfast, early morning shuttle before restaurant opens and they had a boxed breakfast ready to go for us. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel does an excellent job maintaining a clean,comfortable, safe place to stay. The only negative thing about my last stay I'd say is the morning breakfast was not as good in the past.

The worst ever hotel staying after travel over 50 places around the world! Hotel randomly assigned me to a room right next to office and housekeeping room, outside is also the parking lot. So I couldn’t sleep early due to the noise from lobby and working staff, woke up early because of the lights from the cars. Front desk also gave misleading info about Airport shuttle, which made it very inconvenient for my plan on the day leaving for airport. Will Never book with any Hilton line in my future travel plans.

Good hotel near airport

This hotel has all the basic amenities any traveler would need for quick visit to San Jose. They have free shuttle service to and from San Jose International Airport which is very convenient. There's a 24hr Denny's restaurant next door which was such a welcome surprise since we arrived past midnight and were hungry. Nice breakfast offering in the hotel. Clean and spacious rooms.

Super close to the airport. We called the shuttle when we landed and they were waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were clean. One server brought our kids pictures and crayons to color while waiting.
