The entrance to my room had a large enough air gap that I could fit my hand between the floor and the bottom of door. This let the noise from the floor's elevators and light from the hallway to enter my room the entire night. Much of the room's fixtures appeared to have been replaced without being finished. There were many marks on the walls from removed shelving / lights, exposed cut wires on the window blinds, unconnected pipes in the shower, and what looked like a partly coved crawlspace entrance in the closet.

It was a good experience great breakfast very friendly people shuttle drivers fantastic the big problem was only one elevator was working with a lot of people staying there I realize that sometimes that's beyond the control to get good help to fix the elevator so can't really blame them but it did make for more problems especially when you stay at the fifth floor

Room outside noisy from the street was terrible. Trolly dinging all night long prevented sleep and the external door seal was loose so very loud. Breakfast was below average quality and selection. Huge positive for the airport shuttle though, very convenient and easy.

Just know that even though they have a shuttle, they are not a park and fly hotel. They advertise $10 a night parking but that is for the stay there only. Not sure why they have a shuttle.

Everything was great the only downside was that the pool was closed the entirety of our stay. Other than that the gym was nice and clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was nice!
