Accessibility in and out of the hotel is terrible. Every car, every uber and the buses hit the bottom because it's angled straight down to get out of the hotel and into the hotel. Very limited hotel staff.Many people leaving new staff all the time. Staff doesn't know how to do their job because they're all new. The only people who actually were helpful and know how to do their job was karla, from security, Jessica who worked the bar, and Melissa who worked the kitchen. Other than that, the drivers who drive the minivan are all great and very helpful as well. Front office staff is rude and leave the phone ringing.They don't want to help. This is the second time I stay there within a year for more than a week and I gotta say each time i've been very disappointed. If they were to get sufficient staff and people who actually want to be in customer service, this hotel would be great. The kitchen food is also terrible. It does not taste good, it's not fresh and has no flavor. With the limited staff that was helpful it made my experience so much better.
