Great management! Hotel was beautiful and clean had several guest stay at the same hotel for my wedding near by and everyone loved their stay at the hotel! 10/10
I enjoyed the property's location, being near downtown San Jose but not right in the middle of it. The amenities were nice and seemed relatively new. However, I found the mattress a little too stiff for my liking, and I wish the mini fridge had a freezer area, but it was still convenient to have a fridge in the room. While I liked the continental breakfast I thought it was weird that you got a bill at the end of your dining experience. I would have also liked an option to take my food up to my room and not be forced to eat in the dining area.
Staff was super friendly and recently remodeled or at least it looked like it. Parking was easy. Only issue is you have to ask for housekeeping if you want it or they don’t come like the thing says with them coming every other day. We expected them to come on your second morning like they stated but came back to a dirty room and towels on the floor. Had to call for towels but they never brought them like they said they would. Over all though everyone very nice and would stay here again.
