DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL

Front desk was not very friendly and not very helpful. Floor in room was super creaky, under the pull out couch had exposed wood floor and torn carpet. No blankets or pillows for pull out couch bed. Do not recommend. Will not be staying here again.

Biohazard pool

We have always enjoyed holiday inn express with no issues in the past. My kids were looking forward to the pool….As you can see it was like a biohazard area! Disgusting. It was late and we were only staying one night before traveling farther so we stayed. The room was standard and seemed clean

We had an issue with towels when we stayed. While we were out one day, some came into our room and removed two of the towels that we had used and were hanging in the bathroom for reuse. They only left 2 towels. We had 3 people staying in the room. When we called to get towels they told us they did not have any and that we could get some the next day after 7 am. We had to be up and out of the room by 6 am as we were there for a volleyball tournament so definitely needed towels. I had to call the front desk after my mom had walked down there to get towels and was told no, to tell them that we had to have towels. They then brought some to our room 30 minutes later. The whole situation bothered me, because the towels were removed from our room, but no other room service was done on our room, i.e. the beds were not made, so it appeared that they had came specifically for towels and why take towels that were hanging that we were planning on using. The night time desk lady, was not overly welcoming. In the morning when we went to get coffee, she was on her cell phone, not talking but watching or playing something and would not even look up. We someone told her there was no coffee in the pits, she said someone will come out soon. But she never looked up from her phone.

We were there to stay over night before an early flight. The staff was friendly but incorrect information was given to us about the shuttle times. Thank god they got us one anyway! The place was dirty and smelled. I would not stay there again.

As a senior, I was very grateful for the walk-in shower instead of having to climb into a bathtub. The shower was spacious and very enjoyable. Staff was friendly. The hot breakfast foods weren't hot, but if people are opening the units all the time, it must be difficult to keep things warm.
