Pura Vida!

Thsi turned out to be perfect for our family of 7 to stay on the night of our arrival, and then again for the night before our departure. All of the staff was so kind and helpful, and having places to eat right next door, walking distance, was a bonus. Also, the car rental agency that we were getting our vehicle from was also right there for us to walk to, much easier than taking car rental shuttles. The hotel's 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport was great as well.

Checkin was easy and friendly. Our room had a wet towel on the floor, and one of the cups opened, as though someone had started there but then asked for another room. The desk clerk offered us another room, but we said we just wanted to turn in the wet towel, and get another glass. She fixed that, and gave us a couple of complimentary bottles of water. The laundry was easy to use, and no problem getting the needed number of quarters from the desk. The shuttle was there and ready at 3:15 AM, and we got to the airport quickly. We missed out on the take-away snack, but I think it wasn't so great anyway. (I heard from someone else checking in that breakfast was great, so sorry to have missed that)

Best choice to stay by airport

Amazing stay! Great experience from the moment you check in. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, great showers. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Definitely better than most breakfasts that you have to pay premium for. Attendant was amazing and kept on bringing us fresh exotic fruits to try. Love their Gastronomy tour in the evenings were a bonus. Shuttle service to airport was great.

I was very disappointed and was surprised, given the high reviews. The hotel is tired, and there are no amenities. The staff were nice but not overly welcoming, basic.

Great stay if you are flying in or out of San Jose. Shuttle runs every 15 or 20 minutes and only takes 5 minutes to get to airport. Breakfast is great for a chain hotel with lots of options. Nice staff. Clean snd comfortable

Except for airport pickup everything else was great. We had to wait for>30 minutes and finally had to call hotel and they sent shuttle. The hotel is about 2 minutes from airport!! So I recommend visitors calling hotel upon getting to pick up spot, to save time
