Great location with close proximity to airport. Very smooth check-in and great service. Unfortunately the room we had was a little worn and smelled musty, like carpets needed replacing. Shuttle to airport was excellent.

Good location and value for money.

We stayed at the hotel for a night after our long flight. It’s really close to the airport and they have free shuttle bus so you don’t even need to use any taxi. The hotel it self was okay. Clean, the beds comfy and the staff all very friendly. Loved that at breakfast the staff was really looking after the little ones, even was making the balloons. However what found strange that they were using plastic cutlery and plates. Although they are recycled and still friendly to the environment. It's good value for money for sure.

This was a great location for us. We had a late flight and knew we would want a day to regroup before heading out. Very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very attentive staff. Denny’s was across the courtyard. Free Shuttle bus available 24 hours.

Great Hotel, perfect location

We’ve stayed here many times. Great hotel with superb access to the airport, City Mall and Alajuela area. Highly recommend it.

Upon arrival, the front staff were not helpful and helping with the luggage. There was a distinctive smell of detergent in the rooms that make it very hard to sleep. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the staff was very helpful and super nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall, for us, the condition of the room was just acceptable and it would be great if it was not that much of a horrible smell in the room.
