it seems like expedia method of payment didn't go through, the staff had to fix the problem before I can have my room. it took the staff about 15 minutes to fix it. everything else was excellent. thank you for everything. I would still stay at this facility.

This hotel was built in the parking lot of a run down Motel. The engineering on this hotel is terrible. The doors and walls are paper then and you will have major trouble sleeping. Bring ear plugs and you might be ok.

The parking lot is shared between this hotel and another hotel (same ownership), the parking was $10 and was in an underground structure and was in an area that was kind of sketchy (we arrived very late and it was dark and unnerving with no signs underground telling you where to go, just a random elevator). The room itself was nice and the gentleman at the desk was wonderful. There was a nice breakfast. We didn’t have any issues.

I am an IHG member and have stayed at several IHG facilities throughout the U.S. I stayed at this IHG over a little 2 years ago, which I was very satisfied with stay. This stay I noticed several differences, which made my stay rate lower than I have at any IHG. There was an unpleasant scent when I walked into the facility, there was a $10 charge for parking (which there was not, at my previous stay), we stepped into our room and the same unpleasant scent was in our room, breakfast started at 6:30 am, when I went for breakfast the selections were skimpy; only 3 blueberry muffins, no cinnamon rolls (when I asked for cinnamon rolls, the staff advised “no more”), instead of small carton of milk there was a gallon for everyone to pour from, in other words the cuts & charges were very noticeable.
