Large rooms with fully stocked kitchens including dishwasher, disposal and large refrigerator. Excellent breakfast with many options, coffee and tea in the lobby all the time. Grocery options near the front desk were very handy. Outside sitting areas with fire pits. We also took advantage of the fitness room there, we did not use the laundry facilities but there were 4 machines available.

We had an unusual experience. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and the room was not cleaned once, in spite of multiple requests and promises they would do so. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to retrieve some toilet paper, paper towels, and waste basket bags, and more towels from housekeeping. At check out, the clerk said the room had been checked off as clean. Needless to say, we won’t stay there again and others stay at their own risk.

My stay

The hotel was alright. There wasn’t anything that was wow about. The entry to the hotel looked nice like the check in area. But I looked down the hall and it looked like they had a flood. There was big fans running. The check in was quick and the rep was very nice. There was only one elevator on one side of the hotel and we were on the completely other side. The stairwell looked like something happened there was baseboard missing. There’s was carpet and it was filthy. Got to the second floor where my room was and it had a strange smell. Didn’t smell good. The carpet was dirty and pieced together in spots very poorly. We got in the room. Also had a weird smell. Not really inviting, but got use to it. Nothing amazing about the room. It was tidy but my wife was like will you check the bed for bugs it just gave that vibe. The hotel was close to the freeway and lots of restaurants and stores which was what I was looking for. Overall it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and definitely not the best.

Staff friendly and accessible! Many amenities that most hotels do not offer. Everything was in good working condition and better than expected. Great environment for people traveling with children alone or families. Felt safe and well staffed. Also they did not seem irritated by being inundated with a bunch of teenage girl volleyball players.

Not coming back

Was one of my worst trips this year. We had cold water in our shower and it was supposed to be repaired that morning when maintenance came in. It was 4 pm and no one had not repaired the issue. I asked for a manager and was told the manager was out and will be in soon. We went back down about 1-2 hours later and was told the manager/supervisor was on his way back but ran out of gas!! When someone finally came up he debated about the water being cold and that the broiler was turned up completely. Long story short we asked to be moved to an another room which was an inconvenience since the cold water would only get to luke warm and then back to cool. We were here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and will never return again to this place. Also, the breakfast was not good. Very limited and things were never filled or replaced for breakfast.

I arrived at 2:15 and was hoping to get to my room as I had a meeting to prepare for. I was told that a room was ready but I could only use it if I paid an additional $25. Otherwise I had to wait until 300 pm. I told the front desk I will wait. I then was not given a room until 4:00 pm and only after I went to ask them about the room. Not a very friendly experience.
