The staff - from the shuttle driver to the reception clerk and the housekeeping staff - were all complete, courteous professionals. I appreciated the guest laundry facility, and the room was clean, inviting, and hosted a beautiful view.

A Newer hotel, close to the airport, this hotel and staff were amazing. It felt very safe, everyone was genuinely nice! The hotel food was amazing, Jeison and the bar staff were highlights of this hotel! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing, the staff treatment at any hour. Andres kept us safe (he was in charge of the midnight hours). Even the security were amazing. If you stay in a Wednesday you will have fun from 6 to 7pm with their free beers and wine.

We arrived at 1pm and check in is at 2pm. Said our room wasn’t ready and come back at 2. We waited in the lobby and witnessed others checking in and getting their key cards before 2. We went back to desk at 2 and they said our room was not yet ready. They seemed to expect us to wait further until it was ready. I said that I’m sure there are other rooms available that they could change us to. They begrudgingly erased the room number on our reservation printout and keycard holder and assigned us to one of the rooms that was already cleaned and ready. Seems as if staff knows how to follow a script in A B C order and has no clue how to pivot when they should. Beyond check in the hotel was fine.

Everything was perfect. If a bath tub and a bath robe was included I would have been in heaven. The location was perfect like 7 minutes from SJO airport. The food and drinks was so good and the best part was you need a key card to go into all spaces and security was very active.

Only one elevator was functional, front desk did not offer assistance to room when checking in with a-lot of luggage, canteen prices are ridiculous. Very apparent most staff are new to hospitality. beautiful modern design. might need a step ladder to get on the bed.

The room was great and all but a piece of wood fell off in the middle of the night, scared us pretty much. Damaged the frigde unfortunately. Management apologized and offered to change our room. We declined. It was fixed the next day. We went back to the hotel days later for our last night in Costa Rica and guess what, we got the same room. Frigde still has the mark.

Great brand new property.

This is a brand new property, recently built. This hotel has a great location, steps from the Costa Rica Convention Center, there are shopping malls, clinics, restaurants, at walkable distance. There is shuttle service to the SJO airport, Breakfast was great too including costarican typical food. Hope to be staying here again soon!
