Everything about this hotel is great except the rooms have no blackout curtains. In the night is the street lights that are bright and morning at 5:30 am the sun rises. Makes it hard to have a good sleep Otherwise the hotel is excellent.

I have stayed all over San Jose usually for work. This hotel is PERFECT. The location, free parking, beautiful beds and ammenities. Fabulous food all around. Safe and elegant. The best value for money. Luxury at a reasonable price. Look no more.

Everything was for kind of service was extraordinary. The food was very good. Housekeeping on the room are perfect. The only I have to do with the outside of the building is still under Construction, and it is very uncomfortable, as well as the facilities of the temple Plaza around the hotel are unavailable. Will probably come back but we’ll be about six months. I travel a monthly to Costa Rica and that’s it.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff excellent. The AC in the room wasn’t really working but I think that was a “one off.” We will stay here again
