Clean room, amenities,there were some friendly staff, met lots of nice guests. Really would have had and excellent stay but there was one staff member part of the hotel restaurant that wasn’t that friendly to me and my sister, and I really think he was judging us. Judging the book by its cover. Not trying to make this a BLACK or WHITE thing but I think he was definitely catering to who he thought my tip or not. And he missed out on some great tips! To say the less. And we had the taxi driver to take advantage of us as well. I believe because we didn’t speak Spanish. But then there was Edgar the hotel front door attendant who was amazing. And the manager Christian and Alvaro the breakfast restaurant was great as well.

The room we were given looked nothing like the photos of the room I had booked. It appeared tired and the hotel wifi did not work in there as it was located next to the gym and quite a walk from the main lobby area. We were woken up by guests accessing and using the gym next to our room at 07:15, not ideal when we were exhausted after travelling from the UK and checked in at 22:30. We had mentioned on check in that we just wanted a good nights rest so I cannot understand why we were given a room directly next door to the gym neither could the recptionist when we checked out.
