Excellent Residence Inn in San Jose

Very clean, well designed facility. Only question: why is light switch a motion-sensor? Whenever I went to bathroom the light would come on and wake my wife.

We were greeted by Nichole at front desk, who was very nice and checked us in. This is our first time here and it was very accommodating. We will be reserving in a weekly basis for the next month or so. Have a great day!

Manager Rita was no help at all. She made me want to check out early instead of staying there another night. The room was nice, clean and purposeful. Bathroom was nice and clean. The manager Rita tho is the person that made the stay overall terrible. Won’t stay there again

AC was so loud it made it very difficult to stay asleep. The breakfast some days was out past 6:30 and for someone who’s on a time crunch more promptness would’ve been helpful. Shower made a high pitched squealing noise through entire shower. And they charged for parking $12 a night which in my opinion at the rate the room was charged ($177) it should’ve been free! Won’t be staying here again.

I've been staying here for almost 3 months, on a weekly basis. Each time my experience is really good, the staff is tremendous, and they will go out of their way to help you. My only issue is that the elevators are pretty dirty, is there a way to replace the carpet and clean up or replace the cab walls, lots of scratches. The grounds are great and feel good. Love that breakfast and free cookies!

I have stayed here regularly for the past 8 weeks for business and each visit is perfect. From the Staff at the front desk, Kathy, Cesar, Korin and Janelle to the breakfast staff, maintenance crew and housekeeping. My only comment is that I noticed that the corridors and stairwells were dirty on a couple of trips, stains etc. I only bring this up as I know everyone is busy. I have been staying here for a while so I know it will get the proper attention; it is just for those 1st timers that are passing through. See you soon!

It was a convenient location with very friendly staff. The surfaces in the room never quite seemed clean but it may have been the effect of the AC. People were cooking pungent foods so was more like an apartment than a hotel. Two room suite was very spacious. Good for long term stays that may a more practical rather than “special” purpose.
