Horrible stay

Horrible hotel with too many fees they've charged my credit card way more than I was shown while booking the reservation on your website. The front desk agent Denise was rude as hell with absolutely no customer service the baseboards and carpet filthy in my room. Shower not clean. Requested handicap room wasn't given. Not handicap friendly at all.
