Courteous staff; comfortable stay

Checked in late after a hockey game in San Jose. Staff was courteous and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The parking is safe and only guest can access hotel parking and guest areas. The staff is very accommodating and the room is clean and modern. The area around the hotel is run down and has a lot of transient foot traffic. I am happy the hotel is very secure and nice.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. I would of given 5 stars but only issue I had was that if I book a hotel stay I would assume that would include parking at that hotel. But it does not. Have to pay extra for that. That is the only thing that I had a problem with, I thought only Vegas hotels had those crazy add on fees.

I will definitely stay here again!! Close to SAP center. Check in was fast and staff very friendly. Bed & pillows were super comfortable. Great amenities. Breakfast was hot with a lot of choices.
