The staff are so nice. They treated me with kindness. Helped me with getting around. I really love the hotel location. They even brought me a bottle of wine. The fresh fruit for breakfast are delicious. The hotel is very clean. I wish the hot water for shower are hotter. I wish the jacuzzi water was hot. I enjoyed my stay.

Surprised with the downturn
I have stayed at this and other Wyndham hotels frequently but was astounded at how rundown and dirty the room I was in had become! The carpet was filthy! The bathroom shower had mold and the coffee maker didn't work. What is going on????? This has been my favorite stay when I needed to be in Escazu. IMPROVE IT!

I have been to this hotel 3 times. The first two times were great, but I was disappointed this time. The carpeting was filthy, the shower made a terrible noise and it was looking run down. But the bed was very comfortable so that's a plus.

2 guests manipulated de pool area lights and music for about 25 minutes. We called the front desk and It took a little long before the security staff arrived at the area and controlled everything. It felt a little insecure at the moment. Seens to me that a public area like that should be a little more supervised to prevent these activities. It almost felt like a private party at the pool area.

The internet doestn work, every 3 min i have loosed the connecetion. Outside the lobby or the level 0 of the building (restaurant, gym frontdesk) once you get connecte you will loose the conncetion. The keys of the door has to be charged each day because the loose the code, 4 times this time i have had to go to return to de frontdesk to change the key

This was one of the recommended hotels for the Pan American Fencing Championships in which I was a participant. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel staff was helpful in recommendations and arranging excursions on my days between events. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of selections, and dinner menu was also great. Location made it easy to get to the fencing venue and downtown San José. It has a pool in which one could swim laps (not just for kids to splash around in) a jacuzzi and a workout room. Would definitely stay here again

Safe hotel with great parking and an EXCELLENT breakfast. Easy access to the main loop around San José. Not walkable, must have transportation or call UBER. Super friendly staff.
