Airport arrival hotel

A very convenient location for the airport. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We loved the swimming pools and hot tubs. The hotel restaurant was helpful after arriving from a late flight. Breakfast was vast and varied.

Unfortunately my stay was troubled with a roach problem! I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights in a Junior Suite 2 queen beds. The first night I went to the kitchen to get water and there were these little round black bugs crawling on the floor and a roach. The kitchen does not come with any towels (paper or cloth), no sponge, no soap, nothing for cleaning! So I had to stomp on all the bug and the next day I called for a cleaning and reported the issue. They cleaned the kitchen and the following day there were 2 roaches in the living room space. As the days go on I kill a roach in the bedroom on the tv, I kill a roach in the bathroom and then there were about 4 more roaches in the kitchen at different times and I killed them. I personally had Lysol and bug spray and even after spraying regularly around the hotel room, there were constant issues with roaches showing which makes me think they have an infestation because I had no food or open drinks kept in my kitchen. I included some pictures. Most of the staff was nice and they did have housekeeping but I still had issues with roaches. It was disappointing and because of this issue I gave only 2 stars.

This place was dirty, old, and unkept. The pool is nothing like the pictures. Just really gross. Bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy. I guess for price, ok, but would never stay again. Ghetto!

Shuttle from airport stopped at 9:30 pm. Had to get a taxi if I’d known this I would have booked another hotel in the centre of town. The properties is generally tired. And breakfast is very substandard. People and staff very friendly.

I didn’t get to explore much around, due to excursions, but check in took over an hr due to only having one person working the front desk. People started cutting and he allowed it, it seemed he was overwhelmed so just started taking people and answering their questions while he had a line waiting. Feel like the pool could’ve been better but overall the kids had fun. Not the best stay, but for price I guess it made sense. However, their breakfast was good and staff there was friendly.

This is a great place to stay if you’re trying to spend the last night of your trip close to the airport. They had a nice breakfast buffet, a small casino, and there’s a few restaurants around the area. Definitely try the Korean BBQ that’s close by. Very good.
