Overall the staff and room were very clean and maintained. The bathroom was the only issue I had. There was a small smell of mildew and the air extractor was horrible when on. RM 203. Love the pool!

Promenade devant l’hôtel en très mauvais état et en partie inondée gâche un peu la vue. La piscine et son bar sont accessibles aux non clients de l’hôtel avec consommation d’alcool. Air climatisé apprécié.

Lovely spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Free lancha to Flores and will also arrange to take you across outside of hours e.g. for Tikal at sunrise trip. Pool area could do with bit of TLC, but there is a huge lake to swim in. The mattress was way too hard for my taste, but otherwise we had a fabulous stay.
