I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and had a bad smell, which made it uncomfortable from the start. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic — it was far from quiet, with lots of noisy kids running around. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. It wasn’t clean, and the hot dishes were cold and poorly prepared. I expected much better, especially for the price. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The hotel was in the middle of exterior renovation. No mention of this at time of booking. Room was dated but fine. Staff were very friendly. Much of the staff did not speak English. Overall the hotel stay was good.

Great option outside the city center

Beautiful clean hotel, will return when staying in Sevilla! Great for kids, good breakfast. Very large and busy hotel.

The main atrium of the hotel is very attractive and modern looking. Unfortunately our room, although generously sized, was dated and rather “down at heel”. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and of a high standard but we could not find any hotel restaurant for an evening meal. There was however, a coffee & snack outlet.

Good hotel for conventions, far away from the center of the city. Good thing the Hotel has a shuttle to the train station, super ontime. Breakfast buffet it is very very good

Hotel room was spacious. The staff at front desk were not very friendly, didn’t seem to care. But the women at restaurant during breakfast and bar during evening were energetic, helpful & friendly. The hotel shuttle to metro station was great and on time.

A beautiful space in the midst of a renovation. The staff were okay, some more accommodating than others. A smile and a nod can go a long way to bridge a language barrier. It was great to have a shuttle to the metro but it would have been nice to know that when I checked in.

Our third stay at this beautiful hotel. Feels like home. Glamorous environment, exceptionally friendly staff, fabulous food and wine and stunning swimming pool. Great minibus service to the metro for easy access to Seville town. We would always choose this hotel when visiting our friends in the local area.

The hotel is good not excelent, the hotel is a bit far from the center of Sevilla and in a hided área but if you call the hotel the pick you up from the nearest metro station and they were so kind!

The hotel is not advertised, non of the basic items are in the hotel, rooms foesnt have electric kettle or evn coffee machine, a small box of tissue paper is in the room that has only 4 tissues. The fridge doesnt cool. The room conditions are for a 2star hotel. Lobby is the only things thay 4 star, the ovetall hotel is cheap, they dont even change the towels when they clean the room , they only make the beds. I wouldnt recommend this hotel, rooms are 2star and lobby should be 3 star, not good at all gor the price! The room has no view and is blocked

Nice stay

Really professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Having a large refurbishment and we had a up graded room, still a but nosy in the front of the hotel near the taxis and coaches pick up. A wide range of breakfast dishes and very nice apart from the hot food could be hotter.
