The staff was super helpful. There is a lot of value for your money with space for 4 to sleep and a fridge. It has air conditioning and hot water. When the power went out they were quick to show us the switch for the generator. It's close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Well located property next to the beach with a shared outdoor kitchen and small courtyard to dine in. The rooms are basic but clean, with luxury of TV, air conditioning, fan and your own mini fridge which really helped a lot for chilled beverages/fruit (any type of food laid outside of fridge would attract critters thus probably why there was no in-room kitchenette other than fridge from photos). Wifi was non-existent in rooms and even at reception when it showed full bars trying to pay with credit card. Extremely noisy on the weekends due to standard out of town weekend guests and you can hear everything if you’re a light sleeper, daily water/coffee advertised was not always there and kitchen is often busy during key hours so best cooking times are before/after. Everything is well-loved but functional. The family who run this place are inviting, friendly and work hard.

When I am in San Juan del Sur, I always stay at Rosita's. From reception to checkout, the staff and services are top-notch. The location is close to eveything I need, the rooms are spotless and well-provisioned, the water is hot, and there is coffee available in the pleasant courtyard. Senora Rosita takes a very personal interest in the comfort of her guests.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Staff serviable wt aimable. Cuisine commune fonctionnel. Douche chaude et AC dans la chambre. Bon Wifi mais quelques problèmes de connection. Le proprio a changé les routers et changera les cables ce qui devrait régler le problème. Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine en famille. Nous recommandons l'hotel.
